Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! The Lofts added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. Just log on to our website, click the "Pay Rent" link. This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a convenience charge for this service.
If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
All applicant will need a guarantor that satisfies the three following requirements: > Is a United States citizen > Is over the age of 25 > Is not the person applying for the lease
When is my first payment due?
The first payment is due on July 15th and all future rental installments are due on the first of each month. Move-in fees are due at time of signing.
What size are the beds?
The beds are a full size, extra long. If you are purchasing sheets, you may want to buy full size, extra (double) long or queen sheets to fit the bed.
Is parking available?
We have a large selection of reserved, covered and free parking available for residents. Reserved and covered parking goes fast so get yours today!
What utilities are included in my rent?
Electricity (with cap), water, sewer, trash, extended basic cable with 8 HBO channels, and Internet in each bedroom are included with all our floor plans.
What types of leases are available?
Current lease terms that are available start August 20, 2010 and end July 31, 2011.
How close to campus are you?
We are within minutes of University of Central Florida, Valencia Community College, Seminole Community College, Full Sail, and MMI.
What types of apartments/rooms are available?
We offer floor plans ranging from one bedroom all the way up to 4 bedroom lofts. Floor plans can be accessed through the Features & Amenities section of our website.
What is the cost?

When can I move in?
August 20, 2010 if you have a fall lease.
If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
Unfortunately we do not offer a discount for full payments at this time.
